This one is my favorite instant remedy for puffy eyes and dark circles. I use the chilled spoon technique to soothe my tired eyes. Simply take 2 spoons and keep them in the fridge for some time. Once it gets cold, keep them one by one on the eyes. It will give your eyes a lot of relaxation.

Tea Bags

Another effective method to eliminate dark circles. When I make green tea for myself, I don’t throw away teabags. I always keep them in the fridge to chill and then place them on my eyes for a while. The antioxidants of green tea are super beneficial for overall health including dark circles.

This one is an affordable and easy method to relax your eyes. Take a few drops of organic coconut oil and mix it well with the vitamin E capsule.
